Quelle aka Rocky is a Latina (Puerto Rican and Cuban) singer, songwriter, and producer based in Brooklyn.

Originally from South Florida, Quelle has always been influenced by her Hispanic upbringing and Miami's Latin influences. Growing up listening to Tego Calderon, Ivy Queen, Jowell y Randy, and more, Quelle was a self-proclaimed chonga, big hoops with Puerto Rico written in them, and neon brazilian jeans. She wrote music as early as 2 years old, singing to her mom so she could write it for her, though she was shy about singing to anyone for most of her childhood.

Her first show was in 2019, when she was asked to open for Homeshake at his sold-out show at Baby’s Alright. Since then, she’s gone on to have many of her own shows, glittery and ethereal.

Quelle, now based in Brooklyn, attended NYU, where she studied countless production tutorials on Ableton. She began producing her own music in Ableton to create her sound. Drawing from an ethereal, rich cosmos, she began concocting her potion of purples and blues, flowers and stars.

Quelle Rox self-produced her debut tracks, striving to open more doors for female Latina music producers. Her music evokes feelings of comfort that come from nostalgia & and dreams. Often written in Spanish and English, her music is in a lane of “Spanglish Dream Pop.” Rox states her music is Spanglish bops to cry to and vibe to, reflecting on themes of heartbreak, being the other woman, loneliness, anxiety, and depression.
